Kosiv (or Kosov) is one of the most famous cities-resorts of the Carpathian region. Kosiv is located at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, at the foot of Pokutskyy-Bukovynian Carpathians.

In this village there is a route, the length of which is 900 meters away, and the ski lift. Lift and the shortest route of length of 350 meters is located in the village of Yavoriv.
